ثنا ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، نَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ ، نَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، نَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " مَا أَدْرَكَتْهُ الصَّفْقَةُ حَيًّا مَجْمُوعًا فَهُوَ مِنْ مَالِ الْمُبْتَاعِ " .
Hamzah bin Abdullah narrates from his father: At the time of the transaction, whatever is alive and gathered will be considered part of the buyer's property.
