ثنا ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ وُهَيْبٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ، نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَزْيَدٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ شَابُورَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي شَيْبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ الْعَالِيَةِ بِنْتِ أَيْفَعَ ، قَالَتْ : حَجَجْتُ أَنَا وَأُمُّ مَحَبَّةَ . ح وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نَا قُرَادٌ أَبُو نُوحٍ ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ الْعَالِيَةِ ، قَالَتْ : خَرَجْتُ أَنَا وَأُمُّ مَحَبَّةَ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فَدَخَلْنَا عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَسَلَّمْنَا عَلَيْهَا ، فَقَالَتْ لَنَا : مَنْ أَنْتُنَّ ؟ ، قُلْنَا : مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ ، قَالَتْ : فَكَأَنَّهَا أَعْرَضَتْ عَنَّا ، فَقَالَتْ لَهَا أُمُّ مَحَبَّةَ : يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، " كَانَتْ لِي جَارِيَةٌ وَأَنِّي بِعْتُهَا مِنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ بِثَمَانِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ إِلَى عَطَائِهِ ، وَإِنَّهُ أَرَادَ بَيْعَهَا فَابْتَعْتُهَا مِنْهُ بِسِتِّمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ نَقْدًا ، قَالَتْ : فَأَقْبَلَتْ عَلَيْنَا ، فَقَالَتْ : بِئْسَمَا شَرَيْتِ وَمَا اشْتَرَيْتِ ، فَأَبْلِغِي زَيْدًا أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَبْطَلَ جِهَادَهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، إِلا أَنْ يَتُوبَ ، فَقَالَتْ لَهَا : أَرَأَيْتِ إِنْ لَمْ آخُذْ مِنْهُ إِلا رَأْسَ مَالِي ؟ ، قَالَتْ : فَمَنْ جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ فَانْتَهَى فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ سورة البقرة آية 275 " ، قَالَ الشَّيْخُ : أُمُّ مَحَبَّةَ وَالْعَالِيَةُ مَجْهُولَتَانِ لا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِمَا.
Yunus bin Ishaq narrates from his mother Alia: I and Umm Qahbah went to Makkah. We presented ourselves before Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). We greeted her with salam, and she asked us: Who are you women? We replied: We are from Kufa. Then Alia narrates: It was as if Sayyidah Aisha did not pay attention to us. So Umm Qahbah said to her: O Mother of the Believers! I have a slave girl; I bought her from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam Al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) for eight hundred dirhams, to be paid later. Then, when he intended to sell this slave girl, I bought her for six hundred dirhams in cash. The narrator woman states that Sayyidah Aisha turned towards us and said: "You have made a very bad deal. Go and tell Zayd that he has ruined the jihad he did with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), but if he repents, the ruling will be different." So the woman said to Sayyidah Aisha: What do you think if I take back my original amount from him? Sayyidah Aisha then recited this verse: "Whoever receives an admonition from his Lord and desists, then what has passed is his." The Sheikh states: The women named Qahbah and Alia are unknown; their narration cannot be used as evidence.
