حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الزَّيَّاتُ ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَا وَكِيعٌ ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالا : نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ أَبِي كُلَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ الْبَجَلِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى عَنْ عَسِيبِ الْفَحْلِ " ، زَادَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ : " وَعَنْ قَفِيزِ الطَّحَّانِ ".
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: It has been prohibited to hire out a male animal for mating; in one narration, these additional words are mentioned: It has also been prohibited to pay wages from the work itself.
