ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُطَّلِبِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ، نَا عَطِيَّةُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنِي لَوْذَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، نَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَسْلَفَ سَلَفًا فَلا يَشْتَرِطْ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ غَيْرَ قَضَائِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever engages in a salam sale (advance payment sale), let him not stipulate any condition for payment except the agreed-upon payment."
