ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ ، ح وثنا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، نَا أَبِي سَهْلُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، وَخَالِدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ الْقَرَنِيُّ ، قَالا : نَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَفَعَ خَيْبَرَ أَرْضَهَا وَنَخْلَهَا مُقَاسَمَةً عَلَى النِّصْفِ " ، زَادَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : " بِهِ أَعْطَى الْيَهُودَ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the land of Khaybar and its date orchards to the Jews on the condition of giving half of the produce. In another narration, these words are mentioned: He (peace be upon him) gave them to the Jews.
