Hadith 2945

ثنا ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ بِهَذَا ، وَقَالَ : " عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ " .

In one narration, these words are mentioned: The Prophet (peace be upon him) made an agreement with the people of Khaybar that whatever would be produced there, whether fruits or crops, (half of it would be given by them to the Muslims).
