ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " دَفَعَ خَيْبَرَ أَرْضَهَا وَنَخْلَهَا إِلَى الْيَهُودِ مُقَاسَمَةً عَلَى النِّصْفِ " .
Narrated Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet (peace be upon him) gave the land of Khaybar and its date-palm gardens to the Jews on the condition that they would give (the Muslims) half of the produce.
