Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When an animal is given as collateral, the fodder for that animal will be the responsibility of the person with whom it is kept as collateral. Similarly, the milk of a milking animal can be drunk by that person. Whoever drinks the milk and rides the animal, the expenses of that animal will be upon that person."
