ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ، نَا عَبَّاسٌ الدُّورِيُّ ، نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، نَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " فِي الظَّهْرِ يُرْكَبُ بِالنَّفَقَةِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا ، وَلَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُشْرَبُ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا ، وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَشْرَبُ نَفَقَتُهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a riding animal is given as collateral, the person may ride it by bearing its expenses, and similarly, when an animal is given as collateral, its milk may be drunk. The one who rides it and the one who drinks its milk must bear its expenses."
