ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْقَرِمِيسِينِيُّ ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ بِطَرَسُوسَ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الأَصَمُّ ، نَا شَبَابَةُ ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يُغْلَقُ الرَّهْنُ ، وَالرَّهْنُ لِمَنْ رَهَنَهُ ، لَهُ غُنْمُهُ ، وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A pledge is not bound; the pledge remains with the person with whom it has been deposited. That person benefits from it, and its liability is also upon him."
