ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نَصْرِ بْنِ بُجَيْرٍ ، نَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، نَا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يُغْلَقُ الرَّهْنُ ، لَهُ غُنْمُهُ ، وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ " ، .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A pledge is not bound; a person benefits from it and its liability is upon him."
