ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمَذَانِيُّ الْخَبَّازُ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْقَوَّاسُ ، نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو عِصْمَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يُغَلُّ الرَّهْنُ ، لَهُ غُنْمُهُ ، وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ " ، أَبُو عِصْمَةَ ، وَبِشْرٌ ، ضَعِيفَانِ ، وَلا يَصِحُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A pledge is not bound (to the one with whom it is deposited); its benefits will be enjoyed by that person, and its liability will also be upon that person."
