ثنا عَبْدُ الْبَاقِي بْنُ قَانِعٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، نَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " الرَّهْنُ بِمَا فِيهِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The mortgaged item is (considered) completely mortgaged."
