نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ ، وَغَيْرُهُمَا ، قَالُوا : نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنِ ابْتَاعَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلا تَأْخُذَنَّ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا ، بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys (or sells) fruit and it is struck by a calamity from the sky, then he should not take anything from it. On what basis, without any right, would you take your brother's wealth?"
