وَنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَكِيلُ ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، أنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْوَرْقَاءِ . ح وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْعُزِّيُّ ، نَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ، قَالا : نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ بَاعَ سِلْعَةً فَأَفْلَسَ صَاحِبُهَا فَوَجَدَهَا بِعَيْنِهَا ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا دُونَ الْغُرَمَاءِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever sells some goods, then his companion is declared insolvent and the first person finds his goods with him in their original form, and the first person had not received anything from the price, then the goods will be returned to that person. But if he has received some of the price, then he will be counted among the other creditors."
