ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أنا الْحَجَّاجُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَصَابَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ ، وَيَتْبَعُ صَاحِبَهُ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مِنْهُ " .
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever finds his goods exactly as they were with someone, then he has more right to that property, and the one who had that property should go after the person from whom he bought it."
