نَا أَبُو طَالِبٍ الْكَاتِبُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ . ح وثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ ، نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ ، وَيَتْبَعُ الْبَيْعَ مَنْ بَاعَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever finds his property itself with someone, then he has more right to that property, and the other person should go to the one from whom he bought it."
