ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ عَرَفَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ أَخَذَهُ ، وَطَلَبَ ذَلِكَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَى مِنْهُ " .
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever finds his goods with a person, he should take them, and the other person will make his claim against the one from whom he bought them."
