ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ غَيْلانَ الْخَزَّارُ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الآدَمِيُّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ، نَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْمُسْلِمُونَ عِنْدَ شُرُوطِهِمْ ، إِلا شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلالا ، أَوْ أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا " .
Kathir bin Abdullah narrates from his father, who narrates from his grandfather, that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The conditions set by the Muslims are to be fulfilled, except for a condition that makes something lawful unlawful, or makes something unlawful lawful."
