ثنا أَبُو حَامِدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ . ح وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلالٍ ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ ، وَالصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " ، لَفْظُ يُونُسَ ، وَقَالَ الآخَرُ : " بَيْنَ النَّاسِ ".
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Muslims are bound by the conditions they agree upon, and reconciliation among Muslims is permissible." These are the words of the narrator named Yunus, while other narrators have reported the wording as "among the people."
