Hadith 2886

ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الزُّبَيْدِيُّ جَارُ الْبَعَرَانِيِّ ، نَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَحِلُّ مَالُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلا عَنْ طَيِّبِ نَفْسٍ " ،.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurrah Raqashi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his uncle that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The wealth of any Muslim can only be taken with his consent."
