Hadith 2869

ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ ، نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ، نَا سُفْيَانُ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ : ابْتَاعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَكَمًا مِنْ خَبَطٍ مِنْ أَعْرَابِيٍّ ، فَخَيَّرَهُ بَعْدَ الْبَيْعِ ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءٌ.
Tawoos narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) bought a bundle of leaves from a Bedouin, then the Prophet (peace be upon him) gave the Bedouin the option that if he wished, he could cancel the transaction. The narrator has reported the narration as previously mentioned.
