ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ وَآخَرُونَ ، قَالُوا : نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ ، وَأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا وُزِنَ مثل بِمِثْلٍ إِذَا كَانَ نَوْعًا وَاحِدًا ، وَمَا كَيْلَ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ ، فَإِذَا اخْتَلَفَ النَّوْعَانِ فَلا بَأْسَ بِهِ " ، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ غَيْرُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ هَكَذَا . وَخَالَفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ فَرَوَوْهُ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِلَفْظٍ غَيْرِ هَذَا اللَّفْظِ.
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "That thing which is weighed should be equal when both types are the same, and when something is measured, it should also be the same way. But when the types on both sides are different, then there is no harm in it." This narration is also transmitted from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) through other chains of transmission.
