ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، نَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ، نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ ، عَنْ كَعْبٍ ، قَالَ : " لأَنْ أَزْنِيَ ثَلاثًا وَثَلاثِينَ زِنْيَةً ، أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ آكُلَ دِرْهَمًا مِنْ رِبًا ، يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَنِّي أَكَلْتُهُ أَوْ أَخَذْتُهُ وَهُوَ رِبًا " ، هَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنَ الْمَرْفُوعِ.
Sayyiduna Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: "Committing adultery thirty times is, in my view, more preferable than consuming a single dirham of usury, about which Allah knows that I have consumed it, I have taken it, and it was usury." Imam Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) says: This narration is more authentic compared to the marfu' narration.
