Hadith 2839

ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَاسِينَ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ ، نَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ جَهْضَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ ، عَنْ شَهْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شِرَاءِ مَا فِي بُطُونِ الأَنْعَامِ حَتَّى تَضَعَ ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْغَنَائِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الصَّدَقَةِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ حُصُولِ الْغَائِصِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of (the offspring) present in the wombs of animals until they are born, and he forbade the sale of war booty until it is distributed, and he forbade the sale of charity (goods) until it is distributed, and he forbade the sale of what will come out after diving.
