ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْوَكِيلِ ، أنا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، ثنا قُرَّةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَسَدِيُّ ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ ، حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُبَاعَ ثَمَرَةٌ حَتَّى يُطْعَمَ ، أَوْ صُوفٌ عَلَى ظَهْرٍ ، أَوْ لَبَنٌ فِي ضَرْعٍ ، أَوْ سَمْنٌ فِي لَبَنٍ " ، أَرْسَلَهُ وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling fruit until it becomes fit for eating, and he also forbade selling the wool on the back of an animal, the milk in the udder, and the ghee in the milk. The narrator Waki’ transmitted it as a mursal narration from the narrator ‘Umar bin Farukh.
