ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدَكَ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، نَا أَبِي ، عَنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا رِبًا إِلا فِي ذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ ، أَوْ مِمَّا يُكَالُ ، أَوْ يُوزَنُ ، وَيُؤْكَلُ وَيَشْرَبُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ : هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ وَوَهِمَ الْمُبَارَكُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ بِرَفْعِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ قَوْلِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ مُرْسَلٌ.
Sayyiduna Sa'id bin al-Musayyib narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Riba (usury) is only in gold, silver, that which is measured, that which is weighed, that which is eaten, and that which is drunk." Imam Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) says: This narration is mursal, and the narrator named Shaykh Mubarak has transmitted it from Imam Malik as a marfu' hadith up to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but he made a mistake in this; it is actually the statement of Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, and it is transmitted as a mursal narration.
