نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نَا ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْلَى سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الشَّجَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُو صَلاحُهُ " .
Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of tree fruits until they become fit for use.
