ثنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، إِمْلاءً مِنْ حِفْظِهِ ، نَا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ أَبُو يَحْيَى ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، نَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ ، وَلا يَبِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the transaction of bidding against one another. He said: "None of you should make a deal over his brother's deal, except in the case of war booty and inheritance."
