Hadith 2815

ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَيَانٍ ، نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ يَعْنِي الْحَذَّاءَ ، عَنْ بَرَكَةَ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى إِذَا حَرَّمَ شَيْئًا حَرَّمَ ثَمَنَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When Allah Almighty declares something to be forbidden, it means that He has also declared its price to be forbidden."
