حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ خُرَّزَادَ الْقَاضِي الأَهْوَازِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَبْدَانَ ، نَا دَاهِرُ بْنُ نُوحٍ ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ، نَا وَهْبٌ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَيْئًا لَمْ يَرَهُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا رَآهُ " ، قَالَ عُمَرُ : وَأَخْبَرَنِي فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ ، قَالَ عُمَرُ : وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ ، عَنِ الْهَيْثَمِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ ، عُمَرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، يُقَالُ لَهُ : الْكُرْدِيُّ يَضَعُ الأَحَادِيثَ ، وَهَذَا بَاطِلٌ لا يَصِحُّ لَمْ يَرْوِهَا غَيْرُهُ ، وَإِنَّمَا يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ مَوْقُوفًا مِنْ قَوْلِهِ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person buys something which he has not seen, then when he sees it, he has the choice (if he wishes, he may cancel the transaction)." This narration is also transmitted from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) through another chain. This narration is also transmitted from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) through some other chains, while some narrators have transmitted it as a mawquf narration up to Ibn Sirin, that is, as his own statement.
