Hadith 2804

قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ : وَأَنَا يُونُسُ ، وَابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَى مَا وَصَفَهُ لَهُ فَقَدْ لَزِمَهُ.
The same narration is also transmitted with another chain, however, in it the words are: Ibn Sirin narrates: When the thing does not correspond to the time that the person had stated before the buyer, even then the transaction will become binding.
