بَابُ مَا يُفْعَلُ بِالْمُحْرِمِ إِذَا مَاتَChapter on what is done with a Muhrim if he dies

ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْمَرْوَرُوذِيُّ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، نا عَائِذٌ الْمُكْتِبُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ مَاتَ فِي هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَاجٍّ أَوْ مُعْتَمِرٍ لَمْ يُعْرَضْ وَلَمْ يُحَاسَبْ ، وَقِيلَ لَهُ : ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ " .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever among the pilgrims of Hajj or Umrah dies in this state (i.e., in the state of Ihram), there will be no reckoning for him and he will not be brought to account, and it will be said to him: Enter Paradise."
