The same narration is transmitted with another chain, however, in it are these words: "This is such a part of ablution that without it, ablution is not complete." In narrating this hadith, the narrator named ‘Isam is unique, and he has made an error regarding this. The correct narration is the one which the narrator Ibn Jurayj has transmitted from Salman bin Musa as a "mursal" hadith, in which the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ablution should rinse his mouth and put water into his nose." Imam Daraqutni states: I think that the narrator named ‘Isam narrated this hadith from his memory, and this matter became confused for him, and the chain of this narration became doubtful to him, which is transmitted from Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), in which he said: "Any woman whose marriage is contracted without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid."
