ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ، نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ، نا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ ، قَالَ : " يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا ، وَيَسْعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَحْدَهُ ، وَلا يَسْعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the person who combines ‘Umrah with Hajj, performing Hajj Tamattu‘, that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever performs seven circuits (Tawaf) of the House of Allah, and performs Sa‘i between Safa and Marwah, then when the day of sacrifice comes, he will only perform Tawaf of the House of Allah; at that time, he will not perform Sa‘i between Safa and Marwah.”
