Sayyiduna Suraqah bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Is the command of ‘Umrah specific to this year of ours or is it forever?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "No, it is forever; ‘Umrah has been included in Hajj until the Day of Resurrection (i.e., both can be performed together)." All the narrators of this narration are trustworthy.
