نا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُغَلِّسُ ، نا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ . ح وَثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالُوا : نا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا نَفَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَكُنْ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ ، إِلا الْحُيَّضُ ؛ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ " . وَقَالَ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ : " مَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ فَلْيَكُنْ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ إِلا الْحُيَّضُ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: When a person intends to return, he should perform the Tawaf of the Ka'bah as the last act; however, this ruling does not apply to menstruating women, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted them permission (to return without performing the final Tawaf of the Ka'bah). The narrator named Abu Ammar stated: Whoever performs Hajj of the Ka'bah should perform the Tawaf of the Ka'bah as the last act, except for menstruating women, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted them permission (to return without performing the Tawaf al-Wada').
