نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بُدَيْلٍ . ح وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا ، نا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، قَالا : نا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ ، وَلَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، عَلَى طَاوُسٍ فَسَأَلْنَاهُ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ الْحَجِّ ، فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " قَدِمْنَا حُجَّاجًا ، فَأَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَحْلَلْنَا لَمَّا طُفْنَا ، وَمَا طُفْنَا لِعُمْرَتِنَا وَحَجَّتِنَا إِلا طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا " . لَفْظُ أَبِي كُرَيْبٍ.
It is narrated about Tawus: The narrator states: I asked him about Hajj Tamattu', so he said: Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated this hadith to me, he states: We came to perform Hajj, so under the command of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), after performing Tawaf, we ended our state of Ihram. We performed Tawaf only once for both our 'Umrah and Hajj. These are the words of the narrator named Abu Kurayb.
