Hadith 2597

نا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الصَّرَّافُ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلانَ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ حَجَّتِهِ وَعُمْرَتِهِ مَعًا ، وَقَالَ : " سَبِيلُهُمَا وَاحِدٌ " ، قَالَ : فَطَافَ لَهُمَا طَوَافَيْنِ ، وَسَعَى لَهُمَا سَعْيَيْنِ ، وَقَالَ : " هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَنَعَ كَمَا صَنَعْتُ " . لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ غَيْرُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ.
Mujahid narrates: When Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) performed Hajj and Umrah together, he used to say: The path for both is the same. The narrator states: Then he performed two circuits (Tawaf) for both and performed Sa'i twice for both, and he stated: I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) doing likewise. This narration has been transmitted from the narrator named Hakam only by the narrator named Hasan bin Ammarah, and this person is considered abandoned in hadith narration.
