بَابُ مَنْ قَدَّمَ شَيْئًا قَبْلَ شَيْءٍ فِي حَجِّهِChapter on one who does something before its time in Hajj

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، نا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ رُفَيْعٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، إِنِّي زُرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ ، فَقَالَ : " ارْمِ وَلا حَرَجَ " ، قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ ، قَالَ : " ارْمِ وَلا حَرَجَ " ، قَالَ : إِنِّي ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ ، قَالَ : " ارْمِ وَلا حَرَجَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I performed the Tawaf al-Ziyarah before stoning (Rami)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Now perform the stoning, there is no harm." Another man said, "O Messenger of Allah! I shaved my head before stoning." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "If you perform the stoning now, there is no harm." Another man said, "I offered the sacrifice before stoning." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "There is no harm, now perform the stoning."
