بَابُ مَنْ قَدَّمَ شَيْئًا قَبْلَ شَيْءٍ فِي حَجِّهِChapter on one who does something before its time in Hajj

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْقَطَّانُ ، نا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلاقَةَ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَاجًّا فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأْتُونَهُ ، فَمِنْ قَائِلٍ يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ ، أَوْ أَخَّرْتُ شَيْئًا أَوْ قَدَّمْتُ شَيْئًا ، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ لَهُمْ : " لا حَرَجَ إِلا رَجُلٌ اقْتَرَضَ عِرْضَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ ، فَذَاكَ الَّذِي خَرَجَ وَهَلَكَ " . وَلَمْ يَقُلْ : سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ إِلا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ.
Sayyiduna Usama bin Sharik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I set out with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to perform Hajj. People came to him and someone said: "O Messenger of Allah! I performed Sa'i before Tawaf," or "I delayed one thing," or "I performed one ritual before another." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kept saying: "There is no harm, except for the one who harms the honor of a Muslim and is an oppressor; such a person will fall into harm and destruction." Only the narrator named Jarir has reported these words: "I performed Sa'i before Tawaf."
