حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، نا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، نا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَأَنَا شَاكِيَةٌ ، قَالَ : " حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي " . قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ : وَأَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، مِثْلَهُ.
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went to Lady Duba’ah bint Zubair (may Allah be pleased with her). She said: “O Messenger of Allah! I intend to perform Hajj, but I am ill.” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Make your intention and stipulate that wherever I am unable to proceed further, there I will come out of Ihram.” The same narration is also transmitted with another chain from Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a similar manner.
