نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ مِنْ سُنَّةِ الْحَجِّ أَنْ لا يُحْرَمُ بِالْحَجِّ إِلا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ " . قَالَ : تَابَعَهُ شُعْبَةُ ، وَحَمْزَةُ الزَّيَّاتُ ، وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ، هُوَ مِقْسَمٌ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: It is included in the Sunnah of Hajj that a person should enter into the state of Ihram during the months of Hajj. Some other narrators have also followed this narration; the narrator Abu al-Qasim's name is Maqsim, who was the freed slave of Abdullah bin Harith.
