Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade wearing a shirt and leather socks in the state of ihram, except for the one who does not find shoes (his ruling is different). A person in the state of ihram should not wear any garment that has saffron or wars applied to it. (The narrator states) This means that a person in the state of ihram cannot do these things.
