مَا جَاءَ فِي الْإِحْرَامِWhat is reported regarding Ihram
Hadith 2432

ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي الطَّيِّبِ ، قَالَ : قُرِئَ عَلَى أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ فِي هَذَا الْكِتَابِ ، فَأَقَرَّ بِهِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " اغْتَسَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثُمَّ لَبِسَ ثِيَابَهُ ، فَلَمَّا أَتَى ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ قَعَدَ عَلَى بَعِيرِهِ ، فَلَمَّا اسْتَوَى بِهِ عَلَى الْبَيْدَاءِ أَحْرَمَ بِالْحَجِّ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ghusl (ritual bath), then he put on his clothes. Then, when he arrived at Dhu’l-Hulayfah, he performed two rak‘ahs there. Then he mounted his camel, and when his mount stood up, from there he entered into the state of ihram for Hajj (i.e., he made the intention for it).
