This same narration is also transmitted with another chain from Sayyiduna Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and with another chain from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb (may Allah have mercy on him) from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): (The command of Allah, the Exalted, is) "And it is obligatory upon mankind for the sake of Allah to perform Hajj to the House, for whoever is able to find a way to it." The people asked: O Messenger of Allah! What is meant by "able to find a way"? The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Provision for the journey and means of transportation (being available)."
