بَابُ حِجَامَةِ الصَّائِمِChapter on cupping while fasting

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ ، وَأَبُو عُبَيْدِ بْنُ الْمَحَامِلِيِّ ، قَالا : نا يَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، ثنا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ وَالْحِجَامَةِ " . كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَغَيْرُ مُعْتَمِرٌ يَرْوِيهِ مَوْقُوفًا.
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted concession for a fasting person to kiss and to have cupping done. All the narrators of this narration are trustworthy, and except for Mu'tamir, the narrators have transmitted it as a mawquf narration.
