بَابُ حِجَامَةِ الصَّائِمِChapter on cupping while fasting
Hadith 2267

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ، ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ ، ثنا يَاسِينُ أَبُو خَلَفٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ ، بَعْدَمَا قَالَ : " أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had cupping done while he was fasting, although previously he had said: "The one who does cupping and the one who gets cupped, their fast is broken."
