بَابُ مَنْ أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ نَاسِيًاChapter on one who eats or drinks forgetfully

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّعْمَانِيُّ ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ الْعَدَنِيُّ ، ثنا يَاسِينُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْكُوفِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ فِي رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ وَلا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ " . وَذَكَرَ هُوَ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَطْعَمَكَ وَسَقَاكَ . يَاسِينُ ضَعِيفُ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، مِثْلُهُ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever, during Ramadan (while fasting), forgetfully eats or drinks something, then he should complete his fast; there is no need to make it up." This narrator, or another narrator besides him, has narrated these words: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has fed you and given you drink." The narrator named Yaseen is weak, and the narrator named Abdullah bin Saeed is also similarly (weak).
