حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الدِّيبَاجِيُّ ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الصُّغْدِيُّ ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَدَقَةُ الْفِطْرِ صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعٌ مِنْ شَعِيرٍ ، أَوْ مُدَّانِ مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ عَنْ كُلِّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ حُرٍّ وَعَبْدٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Sadaqat al-Fitr will be one sa’ of dates, one sa’ of barley, or two mudd of wheat, and it will be given on behalf of every young and old, free and slave."
